The time when a good knife was commonly known as a "gembloux"…
Legros, Depireux, Piérard, Baudoin-Dethier, Libert, Laets, Winand and many other families… All of them made their mark on the history of cutlery.
The list is long and yet this story drew to a close because there were no more representatives.
