4. Certificate of inheritance

In the municipality where the deceased was domiciled
Document required during a succession
The municipal administration issues the certificate subject to the following conditions:
1. there has been only one marriage
2. the deceased was domiciled in Gembloux at the time of death
3. there is no marriage contract (see marriage certificate ) or notary who draws up the deed for the succession (see if there is a house or land);
4. the amount to be recovered is less than €743.68 (any amount above this is a matter for the magistrate's court ).
